Since the early 1990s I have enjoyed photography and been a novice photographer in the Jacksonville area. A few years ago I returned to school to pursue a degree in Digital Media and rediscovered my love for the art and how I could integrate it with a digital platform.

Then I decided it was time to take it up a notch. Since 2009 I've shot personality portraits, weddings and events for countless family and friends. I am currently working on expanding my portfolio and am looking to shoot couples, families and weddings. Additionally, I am also a freelance photojournalist with Entrepreneur's Anchor magazine and Healthcare Regional Marketing.

For those who are wondering, photos by DANELLE  was once called Sharper Images Photography and Photo Restoration, which was a project I started with my daughter, Jasmine. She is certified in Photoshop and is currently pursuing her desire to become a graphic designer. But she still finds time to her mom out with large projects.

I am a mother of 3 beautiful girls, two dogs (chocolate lab and chihuahua) and a beta fish. They keep me pretty busy, but I wouldn't have it any other way. For those of you who are wondering, yes I am still a travel agent with Riverside Tours and Travel. Although I don't have a regular 9 to 5 job, I still can't find the time to do the laundry - oh well.

I recently purchased a 1962 Rollei Magic II, medium platform camera. So don't be surprised if you see me around town with an old, clunky camera around my neck. There's nothing like using true film!
